Professional development can only happen where there’s room for growth. Without any negative feedback, you cannot improve your customer service quality. I shared some of my thoughts on this topic in the Support Driven blog. And I'd love to read your take on the topic!

If you’re interested in finding out which small (and sometimes not so small) improvements we are making to our app, then this is where you can find all of those. The changelog focuses on user-visible improvements (UVIs), so most of the time you should be able to check the impact right in your app. If you have any questions and recommendations, feel free get in touch!
If you are using Klaus, you can also get there by clicking on the icon to get help in the left side navigation bar, right above your avatar. In case you forget the URL (https://klausapp.com/changelog/)
Hello everyone, I am Valentina (or V, or Val), Empress of Product at Klaus, more often than not working or presenting with a tiara.
I am in charge of product strategy and planning at Klaus, as well as taking care of our remote-first culture - something that suddenly became very relevant. I write (and talk) about these things both on the Klaus blog, on my own website and wherever people will listen to me.
Fun fact about me: I drink several litres of Japanese green tea every day, independent of the exterior temperature. Side note: you can cold brew high grade tea. Just saying.
