As the Head of Global Quality at PartnerHero, I am responsible for creating and executing the company’s vision and standards for operational quality.
I provide leadership, strategy, coaching and mentorship to the management team and supporting operations. It is my ultimate goal to ensure quality best practices and standards are implemented in daily operations for PartnerHero globally. I'm currently establishing a team of quality leaders and experts to deliver aligned, consistent quality knowledge, resources and processes for our operations.
