QA from Grover here :) So we use coaching sessions as monthly performance overview where we provide performance numbers for each agent (e.g. their CSAT, CPH, and IQS based on Klaus reviews). They are available for agent and team lead to see, and team leads use them for monthly 121 talks with agents. Hope it helps!ย
