I'm really intrigued by the different uses for hashtags to track and categorize tickets & reviews. So far, I've added hashtags for onboarding examples, team meeting kudos, one on ones, and macro reviews (where the support specialist did fine but we want to look at our pre-written response). I'm sure there are a million use cases that I haven't thought of yet, and would love to learn more about how your team uses hashtags! Thanks!

Our team doesn't use hashtags per se, but in Salesforce there is an option to use topic tags. We haven't really done anything with that, but it is sort of a grass roots effort.
