I am looking for some help with creating a score card for Social Media interactions. For us those are mostly product / shipping related or comments on the platform and more CS-y in DMs. Does anyone have any best practices to share? How do you guys rate interactions?

I think it'd depend on whether its on an open forum like general wall messages or private messages.ย 

If its account specific then the normal verification checks should be taken in to account. Then the majority I would say is mostly general so was the information relevant/accurate. Empathy where applicable, politeness and that sort of thing.
