Hello everyone!
Currently, we are trying to find the best way to tag chats/tickets. My question is, what kind of tagging system do you have? Do you have a description of a tag or tag group when they should be used, or maybe you have some kind of a tag tree (scheme) with rules (if this tag is used, automatically this tag should also be used)? Any experience is highly appreciated!
