Hi, everyone! I'm new here, so apologies in advance if this question is included in the Knowledge Base! I tried giving it a read but decided I'd ask here to interact with you all. 😊

Our Help desk is live 24/7 and I have 4 agents active now assisting users. However, the most recent conversation on my Conversations tab is from around 2 hours ago. 🤔

Also, this last conversation in question isn't even fully updated, I just checked and there were more messages exchanged that are not displaying on Klaus.
