Our Help desk is live 24/7 and I have 4 agents active now assisting users. However, the most recent conversation on my Conversations tab is from around 2 hours ago. 🤔
Also, this last conversation in question isn't even fully updated, I just checked and there were more messages exchanged that are not displaying on Klaus.

We sync tickets every few hours so that is normal.
You can manually sync in Settings>Connections if you want it to be faster.
If you want to talk further about this, you can open a chat with us from the question mark on the tool bar in-app :)
