👉QA Manager at Luno - remote
The Quality Manager will be the driving force behind understanding Luno’s customers and how best to serve them. This person should achieve this by improving internal processes through collaboration with other teams/departments. This position will be working closely with the Customer Success and Operations team to develop, execute and measure the quality improvement strategies.

👉 Head of Customer Experience at Curve - London/Bristol, UK
Curve has grown their customer support team (known as ‘customer experience’) to over 100 people, split between London and Bristol offices and soon to expand internationally in the USA and Europe. They are now looking to recruit a world-class and experienced Head of Customer Experience to take the team to the next level. The company has plans to grow the team to 250 people over the next 12-18 months and the Head of Customer Experience will have the opportunity to execute this plan and shape the future strategy.

👉 Technical Support Specialist at Outschool - Remote
Outschool is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the team and provide escalation support for technical issues on the Outschool platform and third-party integrations. The Technical Support Specialist will provide outstanding customer service, investigate technical issues, and handoff technical dilemmas to our Engineering team. This person is motivated to make Outschool’s customers happy, solve technical problems, empower the team, and be passionate about Outschool’s mission. This position will have an on-going work schedule from Sunday to Thursday.

👉 Customer Support Specialist at Printify - Riga, Latvia or remote
As a support specialist, your work would be designed in a (full-time) shift based schedule with the opportunity to work on site or remote. This person would work in an international environment with cool teammates and a casual atmosphere. If you have excellent command in English and great communication skills, you’re a natural-born problem solver and you consider yourself a “people person” – this could be the place for you!

👉 Head of Customer Support in Norway and 20+ other roles at Wolt - various
This is a brand new role for Wolt and they are looking for someone to take the support organisation to the next level, looking at operating in scale. Someone with senior skills and junior enthusiasm would be a great mix for the role. As part of the Wolt Norway management team, this person will work closely with our operation, restaurant, and retail teams. 

👉 Solutions Engineer at Thinkific - Canada
The Solutions Engineer will primarily offer technical solutions to Thinkific’s high-volume, high-growth course creators who are best suited to their mid-market offering, Thinkific Plus. The Solutions Engineer will be a champion for the Thinkific platform, supporting the Sales team to move opportunities through the various stages of the sales cycle, exploring new use cases, identifying clients’ needs, and enabling the teams and customers to break any technical barriers.
