My name is Egor and I'm responsible for the Support QA at Bitsgap. 

I've recently joined this "review world", and I'm a bit new to the field. Reviewing a small team of 8 (soon 12) agents and would love if you guys could help me with some materials on how to approach reviewing chats/tickets and on how to actually evaluate my colleagues correctly. I've read a dozen of "introductions" and yet sure there are some tips and tricks I could learn from people who do this for years!

It seems logical to me to ask for a good articles/materials from the actual professionals, and since we have such a wonderful community here I would really appreciate any help from you all! ^_^
