Hey Cherise, hope you're well! I'm Kaitlyn, a Quality Assurance Executive at Gymshark:)
I'm currently loving the hashtag feature within Klaus as it allows us to review processes, along with spot conversations where we could have resolved the conversation faster. We also use it for things like macro amendments.
We use #resolve, #process and #macroreview in the comments of our reviews and then use the filter feature to review these conversations weekly🙌
