My name is Ivan and I'm 25 years old. For the past 6 years, I have been dedicated to enhancing customer experience in various companies, with the last 4 years spent in C-level positions. Currently, I reside in Kyiv, Ukraine and lead a support team at PromoRepublic. I'm excited to share my insights and articles with all of you.
Now, for a fun fact about myself: I'm a huge fan of escape rooms! I find the puzzles and challenges fascinating, and I enjoy the thrill of solving them with a team. It's a great way to test your problem-solving skills and bond with friends or colleagues.
